We've roasted coffee for other businesses since 2013, two years before we opened our first cafe. Our Tasting Room was named one of the best coffee shops in America by Food & Wine, so when you partner with us, you're working with people you can trust.

We're good at two things: roasting coffee and taking care of people. Wholesale is how we bring both to you and your team.

Why quality roasting matters

We roast multiple times a week, so your coffee shows up as fresh as it can be.

And we're the ones doing the roasting. Shane Levario, one of our founders, is a licensed Q Grader and is still closely involved in how our coffee is sourced, roasted and tasted. We cup our roasts every week to keep them consistent.

The coffee

Five pound bags, or twelve ounce retail bags if you want to sell it on your shelf. Whole bean, or ground at the roastery before it leaves.

  • Third StreetPeru and Colombia. Almond, dark chocolate, caramelized sugar. Our house coffee. It tastes the same in March as it does in September, which is the whole point of a house coffee.
  • 3672 EspressoEthiopia and Colombia. Milk chocolate, berries, caramel. Sweet enough to drink as a straight shot, sturdy enough for a 16 ounce latte. We nudge it a little each season.
  • ClydeHonduras, roasted darker. Dark chocolate, caramel, vanilla. For the guests who want their coffee to taste like coffee.
  • Excelso EA DecafColombia. Vanilla, cocoa butter, orange. People order it on purpose.
  • Single originsA new set every two or three months. Lately that has meant coffees from Guatemala, El Salvador, Kenya and Rwanda.

If you have the volume and a clear idea of what you want, we'll build you a blend of your own.

Training

Our team includes a licensed Q Grader and trainers with SCA credentials. We teach at your place or at our downtown space, up to eight people at a time. Coffee Foundations (101), Espresso (201), Milk (202), and Roasting School (301) for the ones who get hooked.

The goal is to get your lead confident enough to train everyone else.

For our partners

Our larger partners get more of us: cuppings at the Tasting Room, quarterly updates on the green coffee market, help with their menu, and a direct line to the owners. We'll talk through what fits once we know your volume.

Who we roast for

Mostly independent cafes, restaurants, bakeries and coffee carts. We've started working with breweries, and we're opening a new program for hotels, resorts and venues.

Where we deliver

We drive it ourselves across the Inland Empire, Orange County, the Temecula Valley and out to the Coachella Valley. Farther than that (LA, the Bay Area, Arizona) we ship, as long as the account makes sense for both of us.

How it starts

Fill out the form below. We'll ask what you're pouring now and how much of it, bring samples picked for your menu, and invite you to cup with us at the Tasting Room. If it's a match, we'll put your first delivery on the calendar.

A few questions people ask

Is there a minimum order?

It depends on the account. Tell us roughly how much coffee you go through and we'll talk through what makes sense.

How fresh is it?

We roast multiple times a week and deliver soon after.

Where do you deliver?

We drive it ourselves across the Inland Empire, Orange County, the Temecula Valley and the Coachella Valley. Farther out, including LA, the Bay Area and Arizona, we ship when the account makes sense for both of us.

Can you grind it for us?

Yes. We'll grind at the roastery before it goes out.

Do you sell anything besides coffee?

Minor Figures oat milk by the case, chai concentrate and our canned cold coffee can all come on the same delivery.
