Agua Nueva, from El Salvador’s Finca Colomba, features high elevations over 1,500 MASL and rich volcanic soil. Mario Valiente controls every step from farm to export and uses a slow drying process to bring out depth in this particular coffee, making it a great component for this blend. Palmera, a coffee named after Colombia's national tree, is a tribute to the dedicated smallholder producers in the Huila department. This coffee offers a clean and sweet profile that showcases the quality and skill characteristic of the region. Huila's geography, encompassing the Central and Eastern ranges of the Colombian Andes, is defined by diverse elevations and climatic conditions. This variety creates a range of beneficial microclimates on the producers' farms.
