Introducing Ardi, an exquisite natural heirloom coffee, meticulously sourced from the Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples (SNNP) of Ethiopia and processed at Daye Bensa. This exceptional coffee thrives in a subtropical climate, cultivated at altitudes ranging from 1800 to 2200 meters above sea level, contributing to its unique and complex flavor profile. The journey of Ardi begins with the dedication of approximately 300 individual farmers, whose collective hard work and traditional farming practices are essential to the coffee's quality. Following a careful harvest, the coffee cherries undergo a natural drying process that extends over 16 days, allowing the beans to absorb the rich sugars and flavors from the fruit. This method, a hallmark of Ethiopian coffee production, is expertly managed at the Mirado Coffee Processing Station, where attention to detail ensures optimal flavor development.
