Grown by small producers in Oaxaca, Mexico, El Aguacate #2 comes from the San Agustin Loxicha community. This washed coffee, made exclusively from the Pluma Hidalgo variety (a Typica offshoot), offers a wide range of flavors from cocoa to berries. The coffee is fermented for 24 hours in wooden tanks and dried on patios for 3-7 days. The production area is shaded by various fruit trees, including orange, tangerine, and guava, contributing to its unique profile.
