What do you think of when you think Fall/Autumn? We think of spices, warm chocolate milk, and pumpkins. Oh, and our Fall Espresso since it reminds us of all those things! For this blend, we chose two coffees that bring sweetness, flavor, and some characteristics that remind us of the typical Fall flavors. One of them is a coffee from Oaxaca in Mexico. It’s produced in a region called Pluma, which is known for producing really awesome high altitude and high quality coffees. The other coffee is a coffee from Cajamarca, Peru. It comes from the Santuario Cooperative, which works with smallholder producers to get the best price for their coffees. The coffees that come from this area are known for being incredible due to high elevations, diverse microclimates, high-quality soil, and high quality varieties. This blend is awesome on it’s own and is just as awesome in milk.
